How do I switch?
Switching companies is much easier than you'd think!
All you need to do is give us the authority to take over your management of your rental by submitting the form below.
Once we've received your form, we will then send you a new management agreement for signature and we'll get in touch with your previous agency to organise the switchover.
We'll collect the keys and any documents relative to your property on the takeover date and work with your tenants to ensure a smooth changeover.
